Any orders received after our cut-off date will be swiftly processed and although we cannot give a guarantee, we will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible to ensure all customers are satisfied.

• If you have not ordered yet, please consider the above cut-off time. If you still want to purchase and receive it after Christmas & New Year, please place an order, we are very grateful for that.
• If you have made a purchase and want to cancel the order. Please contact us via email: [email protected]. We will check the status of the order and refund if still possible.
• Please do not open a dispute at the payment unit, processing can take months for you to get your money back. Very frustrating for both and we will try to offer the best support solution for your order.
• We have no control over delivery delays after your parcel has left our warehouse but Our Couriers will make every effort to deliver the parcel to you however these dates are not 100% guaranteed due to the weather changes and high demands of deliveries this time of the year.
