Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unmodified
  • Bedding items (blankets, pillows, sheets, etc.) must be unopened or in original hygienic packaging
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Hygiene & Bedding Products Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Pillows
  • Blankets
  • Bed sheets / bedding sets
  • Mattress covers
  • Any personal-use bedroom items

We only accept returns for these items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


Personalized / Made-to-Order Items

  • Personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You must contact us first for review and approval
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

Change of Mind & Sizing Issues

  • Returns due to change of mind or sizing issues are accepted within 30 days
  • Items must meet all return conditions listed above
  • Bedding products must remain unused and unopened

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions if approved.


Return Address

We operate multiple return facilities.
The correct return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping for:
    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect items
  • For change of mind or sizing issues:
    • Customer may be responsible for return shipping depending on location
    • Instructions will be provided by our support team
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in special cases)

Refund Process

  • Returns will be inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Please note:

  • It may take 7–15 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Opened bedding or hygiene products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Personalized or custom items (unless defective)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before processing begins
  • After that, orders may not be canceled as they enter fulfillment
